About the role

We are looking for a Junior Operation and Maintenance Engineer for our offices in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Junior Operation and Maintenance Engineer at EZSVS, your responsibilities would include:

• Responsible for daily maintenance and inspection of data center server, switch, power environment, etc.
• Install, maintain, and deal with the hardware failure of the server equipment in the data center.
• Responsible for data center equipment migration, server system installation and debugging, such as windows / Linux system, etc.
• Assist in troubleshooting Linux systems, locate and solve faults, and give timely feedback when there are problems.
• Troubleshooting and solution of network equipment and switch in the data center, such as switch replacement, link failure, etc.
• Timely response and feedback of daily problems and emergencies and follow-up troubleshooting.
• Responsible for the adjustment and layout of physical links in the data center, such as optical fiber, network cable and power cable.
• Regularly check, repair, replace and report for the repair of all servers and spare parts in the data center computer room.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor or above, major in computer science or related area is preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Familiar with the principle and operation of servers and storage of mainstream manufacturers in the industry.
• With solid professional experience, especially hands-on ability, with the ability to independently solve server, and system failures.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems is preferred.
• Familiar with office and other office software.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn.
• Be Good at German or English is required, fluent Chinese is preferred.
